Semiconductors and Electronics

Although Moore´s law is slowing down, there are still a lot of new developments in the semiconductor and electronics industries around new material systems, innovative device physics and smarter ways of having the physical semiconductors and applications that utilize them work together.  Specific areas of interest are new materials and device physics, as well as technologies that drive the virtualization of the underlying hardware from software applications running on top of them.
